Acceptance - By accessing or using this portal, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws. - If you do not agree, you must stop using the service. 2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility - You must provide true, current, and complete information. - You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. - OTP/session-based access must not be misused or shared. 3. Listing Rules - Listings must be lawful, accurate, and non-misleading. - You must have authority to post the property and related media. - Duplicate, fake, abusive, infringing, or prohibited content may be rejected, edited, archived, or removed. - Portal may request proof for ownership/authority/compliance. 4. Moderation and Publishing - Publication is subject to review and policy checks. - Approval/rejection timing is not guaranteed. - Portal may modify display formats, categorization, and ranking logic for product quality. 5. Inquiry and Contact Handling - Inquiry channels are controlled by portal routing rules. - You agree that leads may be logged and audited for quality/security. - Abuse of contact systems, scraping, or unsolicited outreach is prohibited. 6. Prohibited Conduct - No unlawful content, impersonation, harassment, malware, reverse engineering, data extraction abuse, or attempts to bypass platform controls. - No attempts to access unauthorized accounts, admin panels, or internal systems. 7. Intellectual Property - Platform software, design, and branding are protected. - You retain rights over your submitted content but grant portal a license to host/display/process it for operations, moderation, and support. 8. Suspension and Termination - Portal may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for policy violations, legal risk, fraud, abuse, or security concerns. 9. Warranty and Liability - Services are provided on an "as available" basis. - Portal does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific lead outcomes, or transaction completion. - To the extent permitted by law, portal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. 10. Indemnity - You agree to indemnify portal against losses/claims arising from your unlawful or non-compliant content and conduct. 11. Governing Law - These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law and competent jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law. 12.
