Propsell Estate Services LLP provides this grievance mechanism in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What You Can Report
- Fake, misleading, or duplicate listings; wrong photos or prices; a property listed without the owner's authority.
- Misuse of your personal data, continued calls after you asked to stop, or requests under the DPDP Act — access, correction, erasure, or consent withdrawal.
- Suspicious or fraudulent behaviour — demands for token money on false pretences, impersonation, or phishing.
- Content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes your rights.
- Problems with your account, OTP login, or enquiries that support could not resolve.
How to File a Grievance
Email [email protected] (or call +91 88600 50006) with:
- Your full name and registered mobile number or email.
- The listing reference ID (like HY641183) or the page link, if the complaint concerns a listing or an enquiry.
- What happened, with dates, and any screenshots or documents.
- The outcome you are seeking — correction, removal, callback, data deletion, or something else.
Put "Grievance" in the subject line so it is prioritised.

Timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
- Resolution: within 15 days. Complaints about serious content such as impersonation are acted on faster, as the IT Rules require.
- Data-protection requests under the DPDP Act are answered within the timelines prescribed under that law.
How We Handle It
- We verify your identity where the request concerns personal data.
- We review internal records — listing history, moderation notes, enquiry logs, and consent records.
- Possible outcomes include correction of listing data, unpublishing or removal, warning or suspension of offending accounts, data correction or deletion, or a written explanation if we find no violation.
- Our decision is sent to your registered contact details.
If You Are Not Satisfied
For personal-data grievances, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India after exhausting this process. Other remedies available under law remain open to you.
