Property details, photos, prices, and availability are provided by the owners, agents, and builders who post them. Propsell moderates listings for obvious problems but does not physically inspect properties and does not legally verify title, approvals, or RERA registration.
Listing information can become outdated as prices and availability change. A listing on Propsell is an advertisement by its poster — it is not an offer by Propsell and not a recommendation.

Verify Before You Transact

Verify ownership documents, encumbrances, sanctioned plans, occupancy or completion certificates, RERA registration (where applicable), measurements, and outstanding dues directly with the seller and the relevant authorities.
Never pay a token or advance based only on an online listing or a phone call. Inspect the property in person, verify the identity of the person you are dealing with, and use proper legal documentation.
Propsell is not a party to any transaction between users and earns no commission from deals concluded between them.
